The Chicago Bulls suffered a 43-point loss to the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday in their season opener. They needed to change direction on short notice. However, they turned things around on Friday to secure their first win over the Milwaukee Bucks, 132-125.
It also marked Caleb Wilson’s first win. He finished with 21 points and 6 rebounds.
After the game, Wilson set an ambitious goal for himself, per K.C. Johnson of The Chicago Sports Network.

Clearly, Wilson, in his youthfulness, isn’t waiting for his turn. He is coming at it with an attitude that his turn is now.
Since arriving in Chicago, Wilson’s work ethic and maturity stand out to many who expect nothing but the best from him. If anything, Wilson has to live up to that, given that he is destined to be the catalyst for a rebuilding franchise.
Against the Raptors, Wilson was solid in his debut. He scored 16 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. However, Wilson did finish with 9 turnovers.
Wilson came off a decent preseason over 5 games. He averaged 15.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game as the Bulls went 3-2.
The Bulls are now 1-1 to start the regular season. Their first home game is Saturday night against the Washington Wizards at the United Center. It will also mark the first showdown between Wilson and AJ Dybantsa, the No. 1 draft pick.
Wilson was the No.4 draft pick in June, coming out of the University of North Carolina.
