While some could have predicted a disastrous season for the Arizona Cardinals due to the team being in a rebuilding phase, the franchise pulled off what could be the biggest NFL upset of the year so far in the 18-16 win over the Los Angeles Rams. With the Cardinals trading away Marvin Harrison Jr., it was only added assurance by some that had the game as an easy win for the Rams, but kicker Chad Ryland and Arizona had other ideas.
All 18 points by the Cardinals came from Ryland, including the game-winning 43-yard field goal that sealed the deal for Arizona, putting Los Angeles at the bottom of the NFC West.

Many people had the Rams as a Super Bowl favorite this year, especially after the blockbuster trade for defensive star Myles Garrett and the return from retirement of Aaron Donald. Not to mention an offense with star players like quarterback Matthew Stafford, wide receivers Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, plus more.
However, Los Angeles has been underwhelming for many in the football world, but the team could be facing a reality check after the loss to the Cardinals. Especially since the only points Arizona scored came from Ryland with his six field goals.
At any rate, Arizona will take the shocking win and look to carry the momentum into their next game on Oct. 25 against the Denver Broncos.
