Dutch-Bangla Bank held a strategic conclave for its Rajshahi and Rangpur regions at a hotel in Bogura on 16 October, 2026, to formulate branch business strategies and strengthen customer service.
The programme was held in a hybrid format, with Md Ahteshamul Haque Khan, managing director and CEO of Dutch-Bangla Bank, attending as the chief guest, according to the press release.
In his address, Ahteshamul Haque Khan said the bank had undertaken various strategies to become its customers' preferred financial solutions provider and "the Trusted Partner".
He highlighted several strategic priorities, including a customer-focused mindset, to ensure service excellence.
Branch managers from the Rajshahi and Rangpur regions presented their respective strategies and assured management of their commitment to achieving business targets through excellent customer service.
The senior management team shared observations and provided guidance on improving customer service and meeting business targets.
Branch and sub-branch officials, regional heads of Rocket and agent banking, and alternative delivery channel supervisors from the two regions participated online.
