A CHILD'S future is full of possibilities. Many children start developing their ambitions and dreams young.
For parents, preparing for their children's future is not something that can be achieved overnight. It requires early planning and consistent effort, including setting aside savings for their education.
Through Bulan Menabung Simpan SSPN (BMS) 2026, the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) is highlighting the importance of saving as a key step parents can take to prepare for their children's education future.
BMS 2026 runs from Sept 25 to Nov 1, with the theme "Under the Sea". The campaign likens the savings journey to exploring the depths of the ocean, where countless wonders and possibilities await discovery.
The deeper one dives, the more there is to discover. Similarly, a child's journey through life presents numerous opportunities and possibilities.
Some children dream of becoming doctors, teachers, engineers, entrepreneurs or athletes, while others aspire to pursue creative careers.
Each dream comes with its own journey and education is one of the key foundations that can help prepare children for the future.
Every contribution to a child's savings is a small but meaningful step towards helping them achieve their ambitions.
Parents do not need to wait until they have accumulated a substantial amount before they start saving. What matters most is taking the first step early and developing a consistent saving habit.
When it comes to shaping children's future, parents can become real-life superheroes, always standing behind them, offering support and providing for their needs.
Saving for education is not merely about setting aside money. It also reflects parents' love, commitment and determination to secure a better future for their children.
Although children may not yet understand the importance of savings, the efforts parents make from an early age can help prepare them for when they are ready to pursue further education.
Through the tagline "Jom Jadi Superhero Anak Anda!", BMS 2026 encourages parents to play their role in everyday life.
A superhero does not need to wear a costume or have extraordinary powers. To a child, a superhero can be a mother or father who is willing to plan ahead, make sacrifices and prepare for the future to give them the opportunity to pursue their dreams.
Preparing for a child's future can begin with one simple step today: saving.
Every contribution serves a purpose, every step carries meaning and every childhood dream deserves to be supported by careful preparation.
Through BMS 2026, parents are reminded that their children's future is not something they must wait to discover. Instead, they can begin exploring the possibilities today, one savings contribution at a time.
Parents are encouraged to take part in the BMS 2026 Closing Programme, which will be held from Oct 29 to Nov 1 at the Centre Court, Alamanda Shopping Mall, Putrajaya.
