Joint campaigns will seek to convert long-haul stopovers, encourage longer stays and increase tourism spending.
The Singapore Tourism Board and Booking.com have signed a three-year agreement to increase visitor arrivals and tourism spending.
The memorandum of understanding is the first between the two organizations and supports STB’s Tourism 2040 strategy to strengthen demand for Singapore as a destination.
STB and Booking.com will conduct joint marketing campaigns promoting accommodations, flights, attractions and visitor experiences.
The campaigns will target new and returning travelers and seek to convert long-haul stopovers into visits to Singapore. They will also encourage visitors to stay longer and explore more of the country.
Booking.com will work with merchants to develop travel products and targeted promotions supporting these objectives.
The platform operates across more than 220 countries and territories, providing the partnership with access to an international customer base.
STB Executive Director for International Group Headquarters and Oceania Edward Koh said the collaboration was intended to encourage travelers to stay longer, visit more frequently and participate in more activities.
The organizations will also establish a framework for regular exchanges of data and insights.
The information will be used to improve their understanding of travel patterns, seasonal trends and visitor preferences for Singapore.
Sustainability forms another component of the agreement. Booking.com will participate in STB sustainability initiatives and share practices and case studies with tourism-sector partners.
Booking.com Asia-Pacific Managing Director Laura Houldsworth said the partnership would also support local travel companies and promote long-term growth in Singapore’s tourism industry.
The agreement was signed alongside the ITB Asia 2026 travel trade show.
The organizations did not disclose the marketing budget, target markets or specific arrival and tourism-spending goals under the partnership.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW
Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.
Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.
We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.
If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
