Laoag City opens Love Lock Bridge as new tourist attraction

SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — Couples, families and visitors now have a new destination in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte following the opening on Monday, Oct. 19, of the Love Lock Bridge, a tourist attraction where people can attach padlocks as symbols of love and commitment. The attraction, located at the old bridge in Barangay La
