IMPHAL, Oct 13: The proscribed PREPAK has mourned the demise of its Red Army Sgt Major Valui Muivapam alias Tomba (36) following a medical problem at 3 pm on October 12, 2026.
The outfit has also paid revolutionary salute to the deceased Red Army Sergeant Major.
According to a press release issued by the outfit’s Department of Publicity and Propaganda, Publicity officer Mangal Khuman, Sgt Major Valui Muivapam alias Tomba was the youngest son of Ngathingbam and Machal of Sinakeithei (Sanakeithel), Ukhrul district.
Valui Muivapam alias Tomba was a committed and capable freedom fighter who dearly loved the motherland and believed in a united Kangleipak, it said.
Paying highest respect to the deceased revolutionary fighter, PREPAK and its armed wing Red Army have conveyed solidarity to the bereaved family, relatives and friends.
The outfit further prayed that the departed soul may rest in eternal peace in the heavenly abode.
