This is not just picky bits! First look at the M&S Christmas party food range - with treats including fish & chip bites and prawn toast cones

It may only be October, but Marks & Spencer have already announced their Christmas party food range - which launches in stores tomorrow.

This year, there are two new offerings in the initial launch, including Prawn Toast Cones (£7.50) and Firecracker Vegetable Fritters (£5.50), as well as much-loved favourites, like Fish & Chip Bites (£5.50).

The collection also features Crispy Duck Spring Rolls (£5.50), Brie & Cranberry Tartlets (£7.50) and Jalapeño Poppers (£5.50).

Available in M&S Foodhalls from tomorrow and online at Ocado.com, the collection is designed to be tucked away in the freezer until the festive season gets into full swing... although some may prove too tempting to save for December.

The six items mark just the beginning of the British retailer's party food offerings, with even more Christmas favourites set to land in Foodhalls in November.

From golden, crispy bites to takeaway-inspired treats and flavour-packed nibbles, the collection launches alongside the return of the store's four-for-three party food offer, making it easier for customers to create an irresistible spread for every occasion.

New to the range this year is the 8 Prawn Toast Cones. The hand-wrapped crispy cones are filled with succulent Black Tiger prawns, fragrant ginger and spring onions. 

The delicious cones are finished with crunchy sesame seeds and served with a sweet chilli dip.

Meanwhile, the retailer's party food now also includes 10 Firecracker Vegetable Fritters, which are served with a sweet and spicy sauce.

Much-loved favourites are also returning within the launch, such as 12 Brie & Cranberry Tartlets, which are generously filled with creamy Loire Valley brie and indulgent cranberry and port sauce.

Then there's the 12 Crispy Duck Spring Rolls, featuring tender shredded British duck wrapped in crisp, golden pastry and served with a rich hoisin dip, and the 10 Jalapeño Poppers.

Fiery jalapeños are generously filled with cool, cream cheese to make the delicious snack.

Last but not least are the 8 Fish & Chip Bites. Hand-battered fish is wrapped in a golden, crispy skinny-chip coating, served with a pea and mint crush to make the beloved treat.
