Nigerian-born British actor John Boyega announced on social media that he and his 48-year-old wife, Lasontae Heckard, have welcomed their first child.
John Boyega announced this via his Instagram on Wednesday, October 14, where he described the arrival as his ‘bundle of joy’.
He wrote, “Our bundle of joy has been with us for some time now, but thank you for all the well wishes. Also, my sister is about to pop! Wish her well too!”
“Back to feeding this big baby!”
In the comments, Lashontae paid tribute to her man, writing: “Love and blessings to my Blessing!!!!”
Lashontae has had a successful career as an actress, and fans quickly recognised her from her past work on screen and in music videos.
John and Tae largely keep their relationship out of the spotlight, and he recently explained why they chose a small wedding ceremony nearly two years ago.
