Leading digital operator Banglalink has recently launched a new Flagship Store in Khulna. Moving past the conventional telecom outlet model, this new center is thoughtfully designed to deliver an elevated customer service experience centered on comfort, care, and seamless digital interaction.
Senior management from Banglalink, including Johan Buse, Chief Executive Officer, and Muhammad Mehedi Hasan, Sales and Service Director, attended the ceremony.
The newly opened Flagship Store features an open, welcoming, sanctuary-inspired environment made to provide a comforting user experience. A core highlight of the experience is the side-by-side “I vs We” support model, enabling Banglalink representatives to collaborate directly with customers to address their queries with greater personalization and efficiency.
The center also includes an interactive digital exploration space where visitors can test and connect with Banglalink’s apps and service portfolio. Additionally, the store features fast-track assistance for time-sensitive requests alongside comfortable seating areas, ensuring every visit is both efficient and relaxing.
Reflecting on the launch, Muhammad Mehedi Hasan, Sales and Service Director of Banglalink, said, “We aim for our customers to experience Banglalink seamlessly, both through our digital solutions and in every physical touchpoint. This new Flagship Store merges those interactions into an open, interactive space where customers can discover our digital ecosystem, receive prompt support, and engage with our team effortlessly. Expanding this modern format to Khulna reinforces our commitment to bringing accessible, high-quality service journeys to our customers across the nation.”
With this opening in Khulna, Banglalink provides the region with an upgraded service environment that seamlessly unites in-person support and digital exploration under one roof.
