The Princess of Wales nailed autumnal dressing today in a video in which she shared a poignant message to parents, highlighting how 'children spending quality time outdoors has never been more important'.
Kate, 44, spoke from the heart about her lifelong initiative to better the lives of young children – urging parents to get youngsters to put down their phones and enjoy the great outdoors.
The video was filmed yesterday in Cornwall with the support of the Prince of Wales to mark the future queen's new project, which will see The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood explore how nature can support social and emotional development in babies and young children – the basis of lifelong wellbeing.
For the clip, Kate's outfit was the perfect blend of outdoorsy and elegant, wearing her signature green wax jacket styled with a patterned alpaca wool blend ME+EM jumper that's absolutely perfect for autumn.
Layering is essential for autumn, something Kate clearly knows how to do. She wore a ditsy print, high-necked blouse underneath her chunky knit. Not only is it practical for the weather this October, but very chic with the blouse's neck and cuffs peeking through.
If her outfit wasn't chic enough, Kate wore her long, bronde locks in a loose wave around her shoulders.
