Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua has long been regarded as one of the most talented pass catchers in all of football.
But according to Fox Sports analyst Colin Cowherd, Nacua may not be worth the headaches he has heard the Rams put up with pertaining to him.
Nacua has made headlines off the field on several different occasions throughout his four-year NFL career. However, Cowherd believes that there are even more controversies that Nacua has been involved in that the general public isn't even aware of.
On Friday's edition of his FS1 show, "The Herd", Cowherd discussed the Rams current wide receiver situation with Davante Adams sidelined with a hamstring injury and Nacua leaving practice this week with a calf injury.

Cowherd acknowledged that Nacua's injury is an obvious concern. But perhaps not as much of a long-term concern as what he perceives to be "immaturity" from Nacua, which he also referenced in a negative light.
"He's a remarkable talent," said Cowherd of Nacua. "He's also very immature. They've been putting out fires behind the scenes for three years. You've read about some of them. And he gets hurt pretty regularly. And Davante Adams does as well. So now they are going to be potentially without their two best receivers."

It's obviously unclear what "fires" Cowherd is referring to that the general public has not heard about. Regardless, the Rams would certainly be hampered severely if Nacua is not able to suit up on Sunday.
Currently, Nacua is listed as questionable to play in the game, with recent reports suggesting it will be a game-time decision on whether he will suit up or not.
Given that the Rams sit at 2-4 on the season, urgency couldn't be higher for the team. So regardless of whether Nacua ultimately plays or not, expect the Rams to give their best effort as they look to try and save their season.
