The Image Creator earns Asia Record recognition for AI learning platform
MALAYSIAN image consultancy firm The Image Creator Sdn Bhd has received an Asia Record recognition for developing an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered learning platform that integrates personal image, voice, emotional intelligence (EQ) and executive presence.
The recognition was presented to the company’s founder, Dr Wendy Liew, on Oct 7 for what Asia Record described as the “First Image Consultancy to Develop an Integrated AI-Powered Image, Voice, EQ & Executive Presence Ecosystem in 2026”.
The recognition followed the launch of SHIFT by TIC, a gamified digital learning platform designed to help users develop their professional image, communication skills and leadership presence.
The platform combines AI-powered tools with interactive learning features, moving beyond traditional image consultancy, which typically focuses on styling and grooming.
According to the company, its six-stage learning framework, known as The SHIFT Flow, guides users through Revisit, Discover, Validate, Apply, Amplify and Reinforce.
The platform includes AI-powered style advisory tools, virtual try-on features, digital wardrobe planning and voice analysis.
Gamification elements such as leaderboards, achievements and certificates are intended to encourage users to continue learning and applying their skills.
The programme covers four areas of professional development: image, voice, emotional intelligence and executive presence.
Image focuses on appearance and personal branding, while voice addresses communication, clarity and confidence. Emotional intelligence centres on interpersonal awareness, while executive presence relates to leadership credibility, influence and professional confidence.
Liew said professional image extended beyond physical appearance to include communication and interactions with others.
“Professional image today goes far beyond appearance. It includes how we communicate, connect with others and present ourselves as professionals and leaders,” she said.

She said SHIFT by TIC was developed to integrate the four areas through AI-powered gamified learning, with the aim of making professional development more engaging and accessible.
Asia Record founder and chief adjudicator Dato’ KK Chua said the recognition acknowledged the platform’s integration of the four professional development areas within a single digital ecosystem.
He said the combination of AI, gamification and professional development expertise represented an approach to applying technology in image consultancy.
“By combining artificial intelligence, gamification and professional development expertise, The Image Creator has introduced an innovative approach to image consultancy. Asia Record is pleased to officially recognise this milestone in 2026,” he said.
The recognition marks a new phase for The Image Creator as it explores the use of digital tools to support professional development.
More information about the platform and the company is available through The Image Creator’s official website.
