The businessman began by acknowledging the dismissal before pivoting into a full recruitment pitch. He told Mosiria he needed to be more serious about his future and that Cannon Motors was ready to work alongside him.
"Come to Cannon Motors. We work together. Come to Cannon Motors. We do marketing together. Come to Cannon Motors. We do advertisement together," he said. He also promised Mosiria a dedicated office at the dealership.
The dealer praised Mosiria's online presence, noting that he inspires many people and carries strong audience engagement. "You inspire a lot of people. You have a good engagement. What is the issue now?" he asked, adding that Mosiria should not waste his talent chasing things that do not matter.
Haytham also offered to provide Mosiria with a private office at the company as they explored the proposed business deal.
“I will even set up an office for you here,” he said.

Haytham urged Mosiria to look beyond his removal from office, assuring him that he had the support and connections needed to pursue other ventures.
He told the former county official that many people admired him and that he should not allow the loss of his government position to discourage him from moving forward.
Haytham further invited Mosiria to his company, proposing that they explore ways of working together rather than dwell on the circumstances surrounding his exit from City Hall.
