EY’s global strategy consulting arm, EY-Parthenon, has appointed Alexander Moll as partner in the strategy and transactions service line.
Moll brings more than two decades of experience in the industry in the US, Canada and Europe to the role and most recently served as an interim operating partner working closely with European CEOs and their private capital sponsors.
EY said that Moll’s appointment is to help “launch our private capital strategy offering and help position EY Luxembourg as the advisor of choice for US private equity and alternative investment firms raising and deploying capital in Europe through Luxembourg”.
Based in Luxembourg, Moll will maintain a regular presence in New York, Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles, EY said.
