A relaxed setting for weddings, celebrations, corporate gatherings and intimate events, paired with Japanese-Balinese cuisine, cocktails and personalised experiences.
MYKAZA, the signature restaurant at The Arc House Canggu, is unveiling a new side of its identity, welcoming private celebrations, group gatherings and bespoke events to its rooftop setting overlooking Canggu.
Known for bringing Japanese culinary artistry together with Balinese soul, MYKAZA is now expanding beyond everyday dining to offer a more versatile setting for those looking to host weddings, birthdays, corporate gatherings, intimate celebrations and other special occasions.
This direction builds naturally on what MYKAZA already offers: a relaxed atmosphere, Japanese-Balinese cuisine, creative cocktails and warm hospitality.
Rather than following a traditional event-venue format, MYKAZA gives organisers the flexibility to shape the experience around their occasion, from the dining format and table arrangements to music, entertainment and styling.
“We’re excited for guests to discover MYKAZA as a place where festive celebrations feel personal, unexpected, and distinctly Balinese, with Japanese-inspired flavours and a rooftop setting overlooking Canggu,” says Gerardo Barrientos, F&B Director at Portier Hotels.
For private gatherings, MYKAZA can accommodate groups of up to 60 guests, with options ranging from an intimate private tatami dining experience for six guests to larger group celebrations. Event menus can be tailored to suit the occasion, with sharing menus, set menus and customised dining packages available.
Food remains an important part of the experience. Guests can enjoy MYKAZA’s Japanese-Balinese cuisine through signature dishes such as Babi Guling Dry Ramen, Japanese-Balinese sharing dishes and matcha desserts, alongside signature cocktails featuring local flavours and Arak Bali. Menus can be developed around each event, allowing the dining experience to complement the style and nature of the occasion.
The space can also be adapted to suit different occasions and moods, with flexible table arrangements, music, entertainment and styling creating a more personalised atmosphere. From a relaxed daytime gathering to an evening celebration accompanied by cocktails and music, MYKAZA offers organisers the freedom to create an event that feels uniquely their own.
Beyond private events, MYKAZA continues to build its identity as a social destination in Canggu, with experiences including its Rise & Shine Breakfast and monthly Sunday Brunch, held on the last Sunday of every month from 11 AM to 3 PM.
As MYKAZA continues to evolve, the aim is to create a space where food, hospitality and community come together naturally — whether guests are dropping in for a meal, gathering with friends or marking a milestone.
“MYKAZA is evolving into a destination where Japanese-Balinese cuisine, creative cocktails, music, and beautifully curated private celebrations come together under one rooftop,” says Gerardo.
For those planning a gathering in Bali, MYKAZA offers a relaxed and flexible setting where food, atmosphere and hospitality come together to make each occasion feel personal.
