As the calendar turns to October, the Zoomex World Trading Championship 2026 (ZWTC) moves into the stretch where the competition is won or lost. With a headline prize pool of up to $5,000,000, the championship returns for its third year with the largest prize pool in its history. October is when the squad leaderboard is settled, the individual arena opens, and the Lucky Draw runs toward its finish.
A Championship Built in Three Layers
ZWTC 2026 is structured around three prize pools that reward different kinds of participants. The Squad Competition carries $2,500,000, split between Squad Profit Rate ($1,500,000), Squad Trading Volume ($700,000) and a Squad Popularity Reward ($300,000). The Individual Competition adds $1,000,000 through three tracks: the AI vs Human Showdown ($300,000), Individual Stock Futures PnL ($300,000) and Individual Perpetual Trading Volume ($400,000).
Alongside both runs a $1,500,000 Lucky Draw pool, built around the Puzzle Collection Award, the $2,026 Lucky Reward and cash prizes of up to $10,000.
The design matters because it lets different trading styles compete. A disciplined profit-focused trader, a high-volume perpetuals specialist and a community-minded squad captain can each find a route to the prize pool. That breadth is a large part of why the event has kept attention since registration opened on September 1.
October 3: The Last Call for Squads
The first October date to watch was the 3rd. Regular squad registration closed at 10:00 UTC, after the early bird window (September 14–17) and the captain registration period (September 1–21) had already passed.
October 11: The Squad Leaderboard Closes
The official Squad Competition began on September 21 and runs until October 11 at 10:00 UTC. The squad rankings, weighted across profit rate, trading volume and popularity, will be decided in these final days. Anyone who has followed a long event will know the pattern: early leaders are not always the finishers. With three weeks of trading behind them, squads will be weighing consistency against a late push for position, and the last week tends to be the most revealing.
October 13: The Individual Arena Opens
Just as the squad leaderboard closes, the Individual Competition takes over. Early bird registration runs from October 10 to 13, and regular registration continues until October 23, while the official individual competition runs from October 13 to October 28 at 10:00 UTC.
The individual stage is where the AI vs Human Showdown becomes the main talking point. Pairing human traders against AI in a format with its own $300,000 pool reflects a conversation the whole industry is having about automation in markets. Alongside it, the stock futures PnL track and the perpetual trading volume track give participants clear, measurable goals across a two-week window.

The Lucky Draw: A Reason to Stay Engaged All Month
Not every participant needs to top a leaderboard to benefit. The Lucky Draw has been running since September 9 and stays active until October 28, which means engagement throughout October can still pay off whether or not a trader finishes among the leaders. For newer users, it offers a lower-pressure way to join the championship.
Why the Event Fits Zoomex
ZWTC reflects how Zoomex positions itself as a global crypto derivatives platform. The emphasis on clear rules and measurable results fits a platform built to be easy to use and transparent by design, with a focus on fair access and rule-based execution. Keeping the spotlight on derivatives, the championship gives traders a refined trading experience in a competitive setting, from futures to perpetuals and stock futures. The roster of partners, including the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team, TOKEN2049, CoinGecko, BeInCrypto and TradingView, signals how far the event’s reach extends.
What to Watch in October
The month splits into clear phases. The first three days are the last window to join a squad. Until October 11 the squad leaderboard decides its winners. From October 13 the individual competition takes over and runs to October 28, the same day the Lucky Draw ends. Anyone planning to take part should check the exact registration times on the official ZWTC page and confirm the full rules before committing capital.
