Seasoned presenters Kuhle Adams and Kat Sinivasan have been announced as the hosts of the red carpet at this year’s Miss South Africa finale, as organisers reveal more details about the highly anticipated event.
The Miss South Africa 2026 finale will take place on Saturday, November 14, at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg, where one of the 12 finalists will be crowned the new queen.
Red carpet hosts and show details
The red carpet will open at 4.00pm, giving guests and finalists an opportunity to make their grand entrances ahead of the main event. Doors to the finale arena will open at 7.00pm.
While the main-show hosts are yet to be announced, organisers have confirmed that the Ndlovu Youth Choir and JAZZWRLD, formerly known as Jazzworx, featuring Thukuthela, will perform at the event.
‘From Imbokodo to Diamond’
This year’s production will unfold under the creative theme From Imbokodo to Diamond, celebrating the strength, resilience and leadership of South African women.
Drawing inspiration from Imbokodo as a symbol of women’s strength, service and contribution to society, alongside the brilliance and enduring value of a diamond, the production promises to bring together African heritage, contemporary fashion, music, stage design and storytelling.
Beyond the crowning moment, the finale will also highlight Miss South Africa’s role as a national platform for leadership and social transformation.
All 12 finalists carry a mandate to lead, inspire and create impact, with the platform’s purpose extending beyond the competition through Empower Youth Africa (EYA), which focuses on empowering young people and creating pathways to opportunity.
Eugene Naidoo appointed broadcast director
Highly acclaimed international television director Eugene Naidoo has been appointed as the broadcast director for the 2026 finale.
Naidoo brings experience across live entertainment broadcasts, music events and major television productions. His credits include the South African Film and Television Awards and "The Showmax Roast of Minnie Dlamini".
Organisers are expected to make further announcements in the coming weeks, including the main-show hosts, headline artists and the official judging panel.
