In a world dominated by waves of responsibilities — tireless work, taking the kids to school, running errands, and everything in between — sometimes the last thing on a woman’s mind is donning a stunning new outfit.
Especially if taking part in the latest trends costs an arm and a leg.
So when Big W tasked Married At First Sight star Jules Robinson with making a collection of pieces for Australian women that wouldn’t break the bank, her eyes lit up.

“I love making things really accessible for women,” she told NewsWire.
“And obviously fashion with Big W is a big part of that.”
The limited edition collection features five pieces co-designed by the MAFS star, who aimed to feature designs that brings “more of a high-end look and feel for Big W but, obviously, without the price tag”.

“It’s quite glamorous, I have say, and really beautiful fabrics,” she said.
Pieces in the collection include hammered satin scarf-inspired tie halter-neck top, flowing trousers, flared jeans and an off-the-shoulder dress, featuring plenty of polka dots and trending shades for summer.
“(The collection has) a bit a versatility, great fabrics would give that real elevated look to it with the great price tag,” she said.

The pieces are created to suit everyone’s figure, she explained, with elastic waists and belts to hide thick bra straps to contour and support all body types.
The collection is also available in sizes six to 26.
“A lot of consideration has been taken in with the fit as well, which I love because I really wanted it to be for all women and be really inclusive,” she told NewsWire.
“One of the really impressive things about Big W is that the fittings are on real bodies and they really take into consideration how it’s going to sit on the body.”
The best part? Every item costs $35 or less.

Inspiring feelings of confidence and empowerment are what helped influence parts of the collection, she said.
“I want women to feel fabulous,” she said.
“Big W is so known for its staples of women’s fashion, but this, to me, is a bit more like the hours that are just hers.”
Jules can see women going to a “nice lunch” or going to an event or dinner with friends in the new collection, but said it wasn’t exclusive to nights out.
“If you were to pop it on with a pair of slides, you can do it quite casually, too,” she said.

The MAFS star said she hopes women who wear the pieces feel “really confident, comfortable and become excited to get dressed”.
“(Women are) always working so hard and finding that time for yourself to put something nice on and go out … when you put it on you’re like I’m gonna go some of this time with my girlfriends feel great,” she said.
“Hopefully they do a little turn in the mirror before they leave.
“Fashion such a lovely way to express yourself So I just want women to put it in and feel really great in it.”
