The Baltimore Ravens survived Week 5 with a win despite missing the services of superstar quarterback Lamar Jackson.
The two-time NFL Most Valuable Player, nursing an ankle injury. was not available to play in last Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, but Baltimore came through with a 30-23 victory, thanks in large part to his backup, Tyler Huntley, who put together a solid performance.
Huntley passed for 201 yards and two touchdowns with zero interceptions on 24/32 pass completions. He led Baltimore to crucial scoring drives late in regulation and in overtime.
While Jackson was not in uniform, he was on the sidelines cheering for Huntley and the team for the entire game.
