Delhi is on high alert ahead of the Cactus Janata Party's planned Tiranga rally at Central Park in Connaught Place. Extensive traffic diversions have been put in place across major arterial roads leading to Connaught Place's inner circle, including Sansad Marg, Janpath, Barakhamba Road, Ashoka Road, and Minto Road. Police officials stated that no permission was granted for the rally and urged the public not to join the demonstration, noting that only 11 individuals would be permitted to unfurl the national flag at a designated location. The protest call was issued by CJP founder Abhijit Dipke following the arrest of leaders Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das. Meanwhile, the BJP criticised the group, alleging foreign links and disruption.
