Celine Dion has been honoured with her very own Barbie Signature doll
Inspired by her memorable appearance at the 70th Academy Awards in 1998, the doll recreates the Canadian singer's exact look from her performance of My Heart Will Go On, the iconic theme song from the 1997 blockbuster Titanic.
The doll recreates Dion's red-carpet look from the ceremony, featuring a long-sleeved, navy-blue turtleneck gown with a floor-length silhouette
It also comes with a sparkling necklace inspired by the film's famous Heart of the Ocean diamond.
My Heart Will Go On won Best Original Song at that same ceremony, cementing its place as one of the most recognisable movie ballads of all time
Dion expressed her excitement about joining the Barbie family, saying that the doll represents one of the most meaningful moments of her career.
She said she hoped that the doll would inspire people to express themselves confidently, pursue their dreams, and believe in the power of their voices.
This new collectable is part of Mattel's Barbie Signature Music Series, which celebrates influential figures across music, fashion, and entertainment
Dion joins fellow music icons such as Whitney Houston, Tina Turner, Elton John, and Stevie Nicks, who have also been immortalised with Barbie dolls celebrating their legacies.
The Celine Dion Barbie Signature doll is available for USD60 (approximately RM245) through Mattel Creations, the company's official online store
You can pre-order it here.
