David Golf is holding a golf and park golf pop-up event on the sixth floor of Shinsegae Department Store's Centum City branch in Busan through the 28th of this month.
The event, which opened on the 15th, brings the company's golf and park golf products together in one space. Visitors can examine David Golf's main clubs up close and take test swings. Products on display and for sale include the company's flagship Woody Iron and its DP series of park golf clubs, which offer options for players ranging from beginners to experienced golfers.
David Golf has been working to raise its brand profile, including by serving as title sponsor of this year's KPGA David Golf Tour. Drawing on its experience manufacturing golf clubs, the company has expanded its lineup into the park golf equipment market. Through the pop-up, it plans to extend its sales channels from an online focus into offline retail and strengthen direct contact with consumers.
The company has also arranged events for visitors. Each day, customers who test-swing a club receive a P1 distance golf ball on a first-come, first-served basis, and buyers are offered discounts and additional benefits.
"This pop-up was set up so that customers can experience firsthand the product competitiveness we have built in both golf and park golf," a David Golf official said. "We will continue to expand communication with customers through a variety of touchpoints."
