Georgia Tennant is returning to Doctor Who in a brand-new audio drama, titled Zero Chill – and she’ll be joined by a very familiar face.
The new box, which will see Tennant return as the Doctor's daughter, Jenny, will comprise three adventures and is set for release in June 2027.
Tennant will be joined by her Staged co-star Anna Lundberg, who is set to voice the wealthy intergalactic criminal Jexabel Glyce, while Sean Biggerstaff will also star as Noah.
The new drama will comprise three new adventures, which are: Relax by Adrian Poynton, Dancing in the Dark by Daisy Aitkens, and Fast & Fuming by Lisa McMullin.
The official synopsis reads: “Jenny and Noah have saved space and time once more – so surely they deserve a break? But the universe has other plans for the Doctor’s daughter and her companion… Jenny’s old adversary, Jexabel Glyce, is scheming new schemes – and the two are set on a collision course.
Tennant first appeared as Jenny in 2008 Doctor Who episode The Doctor’s Daughter, when the character was created from the Tenth Doctor's DNA, and has since continued Jenny's story in multiple audio dramas.
She said in a statement: “I am so thrilled to be bringing another lot of stories from Jenny and Noah to you all. I hope you enjoy their friendship and adventures as much as we did creating them. Let the chaos continue…”
Her co-star Biggerstaff added: "Being back for a new series of Jenny is fantastic.
"It’s not like a job really – I’ve known Georgia for a long time and I’ve been doing Big Finish jobs for even longer, so it’s just like getting a chance to hang out and have some bizarre adventures while we’re at it!”
Jenny – The Doctor's Daughter: Zero Chill is coming to Big Finish in June 2027. It is available now to pre-order exclusively from www.bigfinish.com.
