KUALA LUMPUR: Zetrix AI Bhd has redesignated Datuk Norraesah Mohamad from executive chairman to chairman.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company announced the change as part of its latest boardroom update.
The announcement did not specify the reason for the redesignation.
Norraesah, 78, has been associated with the company since August 18, 2006, according to its director profile.
She holds a PhD in economics from the University of Paris I, Pantheon-Sorbonne.
Before her corporate career, she served in the government, including at the then
International Trade and Industry Ministry and the Finance Ministry from 1972 to 1988.
She was also chairman of Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Bhd from 2000 to 2003 and served as a senator from 2005 to 2008.
