A huge boxing Saturday kicks off in London at the O2 Arena where Daniel Dubois will take on Fabio Wardley in a rematch fight fans have been waiting on since their first fight in May. The first meeting was an instant classic that saw Dubois win via 11th-round TKO, despite being dropped twice earlier in the fight. I’ll have the results through the main card culminating with the main event. Let’s talk boxing.

What’s at Stake in the Heavyweight Division?
The heavyweight boxing landscape is in a state of transition.
Oleksandr Usyk is seemingly done with the championship boxing scene and more focused on select, big-payday fights. Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua are locked in on each other for December and perhaps beyond. The winner of Dubois-Wardley is in a position to be in the driver’s seat in the heavyweight division for the foreseeable future.
There are potential unification fights to be had with Filip Hrgovic and Agit Kabayel, but most would consider the man who emerges victorious on Saturday the premier active heavyweight in the world. That’s especially the case if Dubois wins again. If Wardley gains revenge, we could be looking at a trilogy fight.
