Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson has reportedly been charged with allegedly having marijuana in his possession, according to FOX59/CBS4.
The misdemeanor charge for marijuana possession was filed on Oct. 19 and stems from an Oct. 12 traffic stop in Carmel, Ind.
According to police, the vehicle's registration was assigned to a different vehicle and had expired. As the officer approached the vehicle, they recalled that there was an "odor of marijuana."
"When the officer asked Richardson about the smell, he reportedly admitted that he did smoke marijuana inside the vehicle to avoid smoking in front of his children and told police that he had a small amount of marijuana in the car," Tyler Haughn of FOX59/CBS4 wrote.
