Who else wants to unseat Caroli Omondi in Suba South?
Manyala is among several aspirants expected to challenge incumbent Suba South MP Caroli Omondi in the 2027 General Election.
Other politicians who have expressed interest in the seat include Bernard Odhuno, Marren Agar, Stephen Sangira, Dalmas Mbego and John Agili.
Omondi, who has since left ODM and aligned himself with the Linda Mwananchi opposition faction, has expressed confidence in retaining his seat despite the growing competition.
Speaking during a past interview, the lawmaker said he is prepared to defeat his challengers and called on voters to reject Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga over what he described as poor performance.
“I will defeat all of them, including their sponsors. Let Suba South people and the entire Homa Bay vote out Wanga because she has failed to deliver,” he said.
