Bad news to bring Broncos Country today. Denver Broncos safety Talanoa Hufanga is likely going to miss the next two to three games with an ankle injury. He left the game early against the Los Angeles Chargers and is now going to be out for a little while.

Hufanga has been an absolute beast to start the season with 23 total tackles, 2 interceptions and a defensive touchdown. His best game came in Week 3 against the Los Angeles Rams where he single-handedly took over the second half. He piled up five tackles, 2 interceptions and that pick six, and a crucial sack on Matthew Stafford to accelerate the Broncos comeback win in that game.
Denver’s a bit thin at safety, but we should expect to see more of Devon Key. Key was on the field for nearly 40% of defensive snaps last week with Hufanga on the sideline. He looks to be the next man up while he rehabs from this ankle injury.
