The 2026 college football season is now in full swing. But believe it or not, college basketball season is just a few weeks away!
Recently, the Big Ten announced its conference schedule for the 2026-2027 women’s basketball season. USC’s Big Ten opener will be on December 5 on the road at Washington.
After a break for the last few nonconference games and the holidays, the Trojans will resume conference action with a December 29 trip to Wisconsin. USC will then return home for its first games of 2027 against Northwestern and Nebraska.
Lindsay Gottlieb’s team will make two cross-country trips in January, with the Women of Troy heading to Maryland and Rutgers early in the month and Purdue and Indiana towards the end. In between, the Trojans will host Minnesota and Penn State at Galen Center.
USC will be back home as the calendar flips from January to February, hosting Michigan on January 30 and Illinois on February 2. The Trojans will then head to Westwood for the first Crosstown Showdown with rival UCLA of the year on February 7.
USC’s final time leaving the West Coast will be the following week, when the Women of Troy head to Iowa. After that, the Trojans will return to Los Angeles for their final three home games against Michigan State, Ohio State, and a rematch with their crosstown foes. USC will wrap up the regular season on February 28 at Oregon.
Led by stars such as Juju Watkins, Jazzy Davidson, and Kennedy Smith, the Women of Troy open the 2026-2027 season with legitimate national championship hopes. USC is looking to make it back to the Final Four for the first time in more than four decades.
