Online fashion retailer White Fox Boutique has bought a major warehouse and distribution facility at 19 O’Riordan Street, Alexandria, for $87 million after a two-round Expressions of Interest campaign run by Colliers.
The purchase moves the company, owned by Daniel and Georgia Contos, from tenant to landlord. The 10,238 sq m industrial building sits on a 13,140 sq m freehold site about 350 metres from Green Square Station, between Sydney Airport and the CBD, with a 134-metre frontage to O’Riordan Street. It will support growing demand for White Fox’s products—oversized hoodies, sweatpants and partywear—and its high-volume weekly drops.
Purpose-built by an owner-occupier, the facility includes high-clearance warehousing, a 1,219 sq m mezzanine, three levels of office accommodation and 102 car spaces. It is zoned E3 Productivity Support with a 2.5:1 floor space ratio, allowing potential redevelopment of up to 32,850 sq m of gross floor area subject to council approval. The property was sold by interests linked to the Hendler family (True Alliance).

“The facility offers the scale and functionality required for a major warehouse and distribution operation with the added advantage of being located close to Sydney’s key transport links,” said Michael Crombie, Colliers Director In Charge, Sydney South. Trent Gallagher, Colliers National Director, Property Sales & Leasing | Industrial & Logistics, noted the site’s appeal for both immediate operations and longer-term alternative uses.
White Fox last year bought a nearby Dunning Avenue building from a Goodman-managed fund for $70 million and has moved its headquarters into renovated premises in Rosebery.
The acquisition comes as White Fox defends a Federal Court trademark infringement case brought by Adidas. The Contos pair, high-school sweethearts who started the brand as an eBay reseller 13 years ago, have grown it into an estimated $2 billion Gen Z fashion business with strong US sales. They also own multiple Vaucluse mansions and are building a large compound there.
