The Miss South Africa 2026 pageant is ramping up the excitement, and the announcement of Jo-Ann Strauss as an official host for the grand finale has sent fans into a frenzy. The news dropped on the Miss SA Instagram page on Wednesday, 21 October 2026, and the comments section lit up almost instantly.
Strauss, described by organisers as an international host, entrepreneur, and media mogul, will take centre stage at the Sandton Convention Centre on 14 November 2026. The venue itself is noteworthy, as the pageant is stepping away from its familiar SunBet Arena home for what promises to be an unforgettable evening.
A New Chapter for Miss SA 2026
Ahead of the main show, Kuhle Adams and Kat Sinivasan will host the red carpet live on S3, giving fans even more to look forward to before the crown is handed over. Tickets for the finale are available through TicketPro.
Organisers also teased that Strauss will not be flying solo on the night, dropping a cheeky challenge in their post: "Can you guess who will be joining Jo-Ann Strauss as her co-host for the night? Drop your predictions below!" One commenter was already campaigning hard, with @the_adventurous_prince suggesting Dr Fez Mkhize fill the male host spot.
