Congress Will Face 2029 Defeat; Stop Blaming Poll Body, Learn From Setbacks
Union Home Minister Amit Shah criticised Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party over repeated electoral defeats, asking them to introspect instead of blaming the Election Commission and Electronic Voting Machines. Addressing the opposition's allegations regarding the special intensive revision of electoral rolls, Amit Shah pointed out that the Congress has been out of power for decades in states like Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Tamil Nadu. He stated that fabricated media events and negative politics cannot win the trust of the people, warning the party to prepare for another defeat in the 2029 Lok Sabha elections.
