The Ministry of Marine Wealth reported today that the implementing company has begun work on the first phase of work at the Dila Fishing Port in Zawia.
It said this comes as part of ongoing efforts to develop the infrastructure of Dila Fishing Port and enhance its services,
Details and objectives of the ongoing work:
Removing obstacles: Starting to remove the dredge located east of Al-Majbad to expand the available area.
Facilitating the movement of equipment: Enabling cranes to move freely and secure their positions as required.
Serving fishermen: Ensuring a smooth and highly flexible process for the entry and exit of fishing boats with ease and safety.
The Ministry said this step comes within the comprehensive development plans to meet the needs of fishermen and facilitate their daily tasks within the port.
