Colombo, Oct. 13 (Daily Mirror) - Laypersons cannot remove the saffron robes of Buddhist monks, Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa said today.
He said only fellow monks could remove the robes of Buddhist monks.
Mr. Premadasa also said the Constitution should be clearer on safeguarding Buddhism.
