Maxx Crosby has built his reputation on disrupting opposing offenses, but the Las Vegas Raiders defensive star is also helping turn those performances into meaningful support for families and young people across Southern Nevada.
Credit One Bank has confirmed the return of its One For The Community initiative, continuing a partnership that has already distributed $300,000 over three seasons to organizations including the Maxx Crosby Foundation.

The bank will again contribute $2,000 for every sack recorded by the Raiders defense, with Crosby's organization and Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada selected as this season's beneficiaries.
Crosby established the foundation alongside his wife, Rachel Crosby, in 2023, focusing on youth wellness, substance abuse intervention, animal rescue and initiatives supporting vulnerable communities.
How Raiders sacks have generated $300,000 for charity
The partnership has followed a consistent formula since 2023, although Credit One Bank has repeatedly contributed more than the Raiders' sack totals initially generated.
Las Vegas recorded 37 sacks in 2023, producing $74,000 under the agreement, before the bank increased its contribution to $100,000.
The Raiders registered 38 sacks in 2024 and another 37 in 2025, generating $76,000 and $74,000 respectively before both totals were increased to $100,000.
Crosby personally recorded 10 sacks during the 2025 campaign, although the initiative calculates donations using the entire team's defensive production rather than his individual statistics.
His foundation received $50,000 from each annual contribution, securing $150,000 across three seasons while other participating charities benefited from the remaining funds.
Expanding investment in Las Vegas communities
The renewed agreement also benefits Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, an organization providing financial literacy, career preparation and entrepreneurial education to local students.
Through its partnership with Credit One Bank, Junior Achievement has helped 5,329 students participate in BizTown and Finance Park, delivering 95,892 hours of practical financial learning.
Since launching One For The Community in 2021, the bank has supported seven nonprofit organizations and contributed $500,000 through the program.
Its wider charitable investment reached $6.55 million in Southern Nevada during 2025, alongside more than 4,400 volunteer hours from employees supporting community initiatives.
"Reflecting on the work that we have done at our organization over the last year has been truly rewarding," said Mamta Kapoor, Credit One Bank's executive vice president of partnerships.
"And it's an honor to be surrounded by countless individuals who care so deeply about giving back to their community."
Maxx Crosby Foundation helps students battling addiction
The foundation's community involvement extends beyond the sack-based fundraising agreement, with Crosby also supporting initiatives aimed at helping young people overcome difficult circumstances.
Mission High School, which serves students recovering from substance abuse, recently unveiled a Serenity Garden funded by the Raiders Foundation after Crosby's organization selected the school.
The project provides a peaceful outdoor space where students can relax and reflect while continuing their recovery and education.
"It's an amazing opportunity we're having to build the environment for the students here," Clark County School District trustee Brenda Zamora said.
The renewed partnership gives Crosby another opportunity to connect his success on the field with the causes he and his wife have prioritized.
With each Raiders sack now carrying an additional charitable benefit, the foundation's work will continue receiving support throughout the NFL season.
