Goncalo Ramos hopes to be fit for Milan’s next Serie A match against Udinese this weekend, but Samuel Chukwueze is out for at least several more weeks.
There is mixed news for the Rossoneri after the latest setbacks, with the two players already ruled out of this evening’s Europa League trip to Bournemouth.
Milan updates for Goncalo Ramos and Chukwueze
Goncalo Ramos underwent tests on a calf issue in his left leg and the response was reassuring, so there is no lesion or significant damage.
Sky Sport Italia note the Portugal international is hopeful of making a full recovery in time for this Sunday’s next Serie A match against Udinese.
The situation is more concerning for Chukwueze, who visited a specialist and started a new treatment for his left hip condition.

There will be a new evaluation in 10-15 days to see how the situation is developing, and decide on further treatment, but it means he will be out for at least another couple of weeks and probably more.
Milan were already missing Matteo Gabbia, Alexis Saelemaekers and goalkeeper Pietro Terracciano.
Filippo Terracciano is also out of tonight’s Europa League visit to Bournemouth, as he is suspended following a red card in the 4-1 victory away to RB Salzburg.
