It’s fair to say Dubai chocolate has been one of the biggest food trends of the 2020s. The pistachio-filled chocolate bar first went viral in 2023, thanks to its delicious chunky texture and distinctive combination of crispy knafeh, pistachio and tahini.
Its first viral video racked up a bonkers 153 million views, followed by 27,000 orders in one go (imagine the queue at the post office!), and helped kickstart a whole new flavour obsession – pistachio-flavoured everything.
But if you want to try the chocolate that started it all, now’s your chance to get your hands on the original. FIX Dessert Chocolatier, the Dubai-based brand behind the viral Can’t Get Knafeh Of It bar, is now available nationwide in the UK for the first time. Previously, the bars could only be bought in person at Harrods’ London store, but you can now order them online and have them delivered across the UK. Yes, just in time for Christmas.

Priced at a slightly eye-watering £25 a bar, these chunky bars certainly aren’t cheap. But for a serious chocoholic, they’re the ultimate stocking filler.
And it’s not just the original bar on offer. FIX has brought four more of its indulgent creations to the UK – and we got a first taste...
- Pick Up A Pretzel – Available in both milk chocolate and 72% dark, this bar contains crispy knafeh and crunchy pieces of salted pretzel. Soft and squidgy in the middle, it’s one for those with a serious sweet tooth.
- Jam or Go Nuts – A caramelised blonde chocolate shell generously filled with crunchy peanut butter and mixed berry jam. A classic combo for a reason.
- Mind Your Own Biscuit – Biscoff fans, take note. Smooth cheesecake cream is layered with generous helpings of spiced speculoos biscuit for a rich, creamy bite with a crisp biscuit snap.
- Catch Me If Pecan – Golden caramelised pecans and gooey caramel come together for a rich, buttery and nutty bite. Good, but not my favourite – and, once again, very sweet.

So, could one of these be the next Dubai chocolate, spawning endless copycats?
Of the four, Mind Your Own Biscuit is the one I’d put my money on. The combination of cheesecake cream and spiced biscuit is utterly addictive, and indulgent enough to have serious viral potential.
Will it have us all queueing up for the next big chocolate craze? Only time (and TikTok) will tell. But if another FIX bar is about to become the chocolate of the moment, my money’s on this one.
