Lycra-clad Rosie Huntington-Whiteley bares sculpted abs in daring workout pictures

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley just proved that you can always infuse a dose of style into your workout routine. The supermodel took to Instagram on October 16 to display her toned physique with a series of post gym pictures.

The 39-year-old wore a set from activewear brand ALO. The espresso-hued ensemble consisted of a micro sports bra and a pair of high-waisted leggings. The look was styled with a pair of black weight-lifting gloves, oversized sunglasses, and a diamond-encrusted necklace.

Rosie's luscious blonde locks were left down in a straight style in a mirror selfie before she swept them back to do a series of pull-ups on the bar. The star looked so sculpted as she showed off her defined abs and supermodel long legs.

"No days off," she penned in the caption.

Rosie also shared a stunning selfie that captured her glowing complexion and matte pink lipstick shade for a subtle glam look. The supermodel displayed her flexibility skills, as she shared a photograph of herself sitting in the splits on a yoga mat.

ALO is a firm favorite brand of today's A-listers, with the likes of Kylie Jenner and Bella Hadid having collaborated with the label to release capsule collections.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's workout routine

Rosie's flawless physique is courtesy of her dedicated fitness regime, which prioritizes weight training. "II feel really strong and it’s improved my posture, muscle tone and definition. Every girl should do it," she told British Vogue.

The supermodel also follows cycle syncing workouts to adapt each exercise to help manage energy levels and mood. "My trainer and I will discuss where I'm at in my cycle and decide whether to go heavier or [depending on where I am], if I want to do a high-rep, low weight workout. There’s nothing more satisfactory to me than when I go up in weight. It makes me happy when I start to see the results of [consistently] lifting," she shared.

Rosie also follows a strict sleep schedule. "I'm up most mornings at 6.30am with the children, so I try to be in bed, lights off, by 10.30pm. I have to be quite disciplined with that. If I can, I’m an eight hours a night person," she added. Rosie also ensures that she sleeps in a cold bedroom to help release melatonin. "I'm obsessed with my bedroom being cold; it helps me sleep really well. When it can't be cold, I find that’s when I’m waking up more at night," she said.
