"I never sold my Seguku house. The house isn't haunted like y'all say. It's being fixed," he said in the video.
Speculation about the mansion stretches back more than a decade, partly tied to a 2012 incident in which a man identified as Robert Karamagi suffered fatal burn injuries at the property under circumstances that were never fully explained publicly.
Chameleone was absolved of any responsibility in connection with the incident, but the story lingered in public memory and helped fuel the narrative that the house carried some kind of dark history.
Over the years, reports suggested the singer was considering offloading the property, while social media chatter consistently questioned whether he still held ownership.
Chameleone has, on multiple occasions, maintained that he retained full rights over the mansion.

Fans react
The video drew a mix of scepticism, humour and mild concern from viewers online.
Zziwa Ian wrote:
"People view their houses at night and not during the day!! This family is being haunted."
Mosh Ibrahim commented:
"The whole star lives in zero lit street."
Kwik Bullet was unconvinced, saying:
"Let him show us the building not words."
Kigo David took a different angle, writing:
"You can have all that but decency and character matters alot."
James DrinkWater offered a lighter take:
"He is trying to much bless him."
The decision to film at night rather than during daylight hours only added to the suspicion for some followers, though Chameleone appeared unbothered by the reaction, using the tour as a direct rebuttal to what he described as baseless claims.
Is Chameleone a grandfather?
TUKO.co.ke also shared details about Chameleone's son, Abba Marcus Mayanja, and Angelica Becker welcoming their first child, Zuriel Eden, in the United States.
The birth comes weeks after Marcus was arrested on a domestic assault allegation and amid public clashes between the couple during the pregnancy.
