The Baltimore Ravens blew another double-digit lead in Sunday’s loss to the Cleveland Browns.
The Ravens led 10-0 at halftime but never scored again as the Browns rallied with three second-half scoring drives. Andre Szmyt’s 37-yard field goal as time ran out gave the Browns a 13-10 win.
The victory vaulted the Browns into first place in the AFC North. It’s the latest in a season the team has found itself in first in more than 12 years.
Szmyt appeared to have his first game-winning attempt blocked, but the Ravens were offsides. He easily made the rekick. Szmyt had missed an earlier go-ahead field-goal try in the fourth quarter before becoming the hero.
The Ravens have now blown 16 games in which they led by 10 or more points since the start of the 2020 season.
