It’s parents’ night out! On Tuesday evening, Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi called their kids’ nanny and stepped out for a much needed date night, grabbing dinner and attending a concert in New York City. And for the outing, the couple tried out two takes on monochromatic dressing.
While Bongiovi opted for a navy polo shirt and matching trousers, his wife channeled her inner Barbie, wearing a three-piece pink faux-suede set. Courtesy of Modalità Vacanza, Brown’s ensemble featured a sleeveless blush crop top, designed with a high neckline and softly scooped hem, and a coordinating pencil skirt. The midi featured a thick waistband with a built-in belt detail, and sat low on the hips to create a midriff-baring look.
To keep warm against the dropping temperatures, the Stranger Things actor layered up with the matching jacket—a sweet little number with pointed collars and rounded pockets. She slipped into a pair of hot-pink Louis Vuitton slingback heels for an extra oomph of drama, and added large round sunglasses and a black Gucci Borsetto bag to finish.
In addition to watching the show, Brown hopped up on stage, joining songstress Lexi Jayde for a little sit down. During the conversation, she admitted that she used to do her ex-boyfriend’s homework for him, which resulted in gasps from the audience. “I hear a boo from my husband,” she joked.
Last month, about a year after adopting their first daughter, Brown and Bongiovi revealed they were growing their family. Turning to Instagram, the Florence by Mills founder shared a photo of her tiny new son’s hand holding Bongiovi’s. She rested her own on top, with her “Mom” ring on full display.
