Sponsored: Hamda Al Fahim is taking her design eye from the atelier to One&Only Royal Mirage
One of Dubai’s newest restaurant openings is bringing a little couture into the mix. Nayara Dubai opened at One&Only Royal Mirage on October 1, with Emirati designer Hamda Al Fahim leaving her mark on the new Levantine restaurant – right down to what the team will be wearing.
Meet Nayara

Taking inspiration from Lebanon, Syria and the wider Eastern Mediterranean, Nayara will bring modern Levantine dining to One&Only Royal Mirage. The restaurant will look to the food and cooking traditions of the region, with a menu that stays true to its roots while taking a more contemporary direction.
From couture to interiors

Known for her beautifully detailed couture, Hamda Al Fahim is taking her signature style somewhere new with Nayara. For the restaurant, the Emirati designer has created a bespoke feature wall inspired by the same craftsmanship, texture and feminine details seen in her collections.
Think of it almost as couture on a much bigger canvas, with Hamda taking the ideas she usually works with in fashion and translating them into the space itself. It also brings together two sides of regional creativity, pairing Hamda’s distinctly Emirati design perspective with Nayara’s contemporary take on the Levant.
When can we go?
Nayara opened on October 1, 2026, adding another new restaurant to One&Only Royal Mirage’s beachfront dining line-up. An exact opening date, menu and further details are still to come, but with Levantine food, Emirati fashion and a rather beautiful setting all meeting in one place, this is one opening we’ll be keeping an eye on.
