Pains in my buttocks

I have been having some pains in my buttocks which radiate to my legs. Despite seeing a physiotherapist and taking some drugs as prescribed by a doctor, there have not been any improvements. Kindly help me.

Since this kind of pain could have origins from the lower part of your body, including your pelvic area or the lower part of your gut, a complete physical examination by a specialist doctor (Surgeon) with some radiological investigations such as Xray and MRI scan would be advisable.
