The team will implement the company’s Workforce Management and Payroll solution to support the authority’s human resource and administrative operations.
The expansion marks another milestone for NeoPeople, which currently serves clients in Belize, Barbados and Antigua and Barbuda.
The company says its entry into Grenada demonstrates how technology developed in Belize can compete regionally and provide solutions tailored to the needs of Caribbean organizations.
NeoPeople was established to help organizations manage employee information, payroll and workforce operations more efficiently. Its platform connects several human resource functions, including attendance, leave management, payroll processing, recruitment, approvals and workforce reporting, reducing reliance on disconnected systems and manual processes.
During the implementation, the team will work closely with the Grenada Ports Authority to configure the system according to its operational requirements. The company expects the solution to strengthen workforce management, improve payroll processing and enhance administrative efficiency.
Beyond the software implementation, NeoPeople says its regional expansion highlights the potential of Caribbean companies to develop technology solutions, build local expertise and create opportunities for skilled professionals.
