KORE US REIT has completed its fourth full-floor spec-suite development, The Post, in Bellevue, Washington, with half of its six suites leased before completion.
The Post, the second full-floor spec suite at The Plaza Buildings, comprises 15,400 square feet (sq ft) across six studio suites with an amenity hub featuring workspaces, breakout areas, and shared tenant amenities.
The REIT sees early leasing momentum at The Post as a sign of continued demand for high-quality, move-in-ready office space.
"Spec suites like these not only accelerate our leasing and rental revenue, but also reduce our long-term capital expenditure associated with tenant turnover," said David Snyder, CEO of KORE US REIT Management.
Previous spec-suite developments at The Greenhouse at The Plaza Buildings, Ventuno in Houston and Iron Point in Sacramento all achieved full lease-up after delivery.
KORE has more than 35,000 sq ft of spec suites under development across selected assets, including Great Hills Plaza, Westech 360, and further suites at The Plaza Buildings.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW
Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.
Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.
We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.
If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
