Invincibles and Strikers registered convincing wins over Conquerors and Challengers respectively on the second day of the National Women’s T20 Tournament 2026-27 in Faisalabad on Sunday.
The next fixtures (fifth and sixth) of the tournament will be staged on Tuesday (October 13, 2026).
Today’s both matches were staged at the Bohranwali Ground in Faisalabad.
In the first match, Invincibles beat Conquerors by eight wickets after successfully chasing a 122-run target in 14.4 overs.
Samiya Afsar struck a match-winning 57, while Sidra Amin remained unbeaten on 38. Samiya’s innings included seven fours and a six.
Earlier, Conquerors posted 121 for seven in their allotted 20 overs, with Aliya Riaz scoring 44 and Gull Rukh contributing 21. Left-arm spinner Anosha took three wickets for 27 runs, while Tayyba Imdad took two wickets. Samiya was named “Player of the Match”.
In the second fixture, Strikers recorded a commanding 102-run victory over Challengers.
Omaima Sohail led the batting with 72 off 42 balls, which included 12 fours and a six as Strikers posted 164 for seven in 20 overs. Saira Jabeen grabbed three wickets for 18 runs.
In turn, Challengers were bowled out for 62 in 14.5 overs, with Quratulain top-scoring with 15. Rameen Shamim bagged three wickets for just five runs while Syeda Masooma Zehra took two for 14.
Omaima was adjudged “Player of the Match”.
