Two of last season's Champions League semifinalists meet in the league phase of this year's competition as Arsenal travel to Germany to face Bayern Munich on Wednesday.
Both clubs fell agonizingly short of the goal in the previous campaign, each losing to eventual champions Paris Saint-Germain along the way. Bayern were beaten 6-5 on aggregate in the semifinals, while Arsenal lost in the final on a penalty shootout.
Both are back for vengeance this season, with Arsenal holding a slight leg up after winning both their first two matches. Bayern defeated Bodo/Glimt in their opening game back in September, but they were held to a wild draw against Viking last week.
The Sporting News looks at the key details ahead of this game, including how to watch the match, kickoff times and the weekly schedule.
