Village councilor allegedly caught with P98,000 ‘shabu’ in Ilocos Norte

SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — Police arrested a 45-year-old man and seized 14.4 grams of suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) worth P98,532. The cops also reportedly seized from the suspect six live rounds of ammunition during a search warrant operation in Bacarra town, Ilocos Norte on Thursday, Oct. 22. The Bacarra Municipal Police Station (MPS) identified
