The struggle is real.
Mark Zuckerberg appeared on The Cheeky Pint podcast, along with Meta Chief AI Officer Alexandr Wang, to talk about the company’s future plans.
Discussions with host John Collison usually happen over a pint, hence the podcast’s name, so leave it to the billionaire to bring a keg of Guinness directly from Dublin.
How did he really feel?
Once it was tapped, glasses were poured, and sips were taken; however, Zuckerberg appeared to be ailing from the ale, and many on social media doubted he was an actual fan of the beer.

“Bro built Meta, but Guinness might be his toughest challenge yet,” one user on X wrote, while another added, “Must be a wine guy.”
Another shared a clip of the podcast, adding, “Mark Zuckerberg pretending to enjoy Guinness is my new favourite thing.”
One person said it looked like the Meta CEO pretended to enjoy it before asking, “Has Zuck never had beer before?”
Another joked, “What would a real human do right now?” while attaching a meme from the video.
The Facebook founder responded to one of the roast posts with: “That’s just my face.”
Wang was as thirsty as Zuck
People who were distracted by Zuckerberg’s drinking during the lengthy interview may have missed Wang, who also appeared less than enthusiastic about having to drain the glass of stout.
Aside from the awkward beer-drinking, the 134-minute conversation covered Meta’s AI ambitions, including its Muse product and future plans for personal AI agents.
It was all fascinating stuff, but Zuckerberg’s expression while drinking was the main takeaway from the podcast, with some simply appreciating how relatable he seemed during the sit-down.
One commenter called it his “most human” internet moment, while another agreed, saying it was “the most normal thing I’ve ever seen him do.”
